We use a proprietary 4-step process that combines FDA-approved Oxi-Citric solution with 99% isopropyl alcohol circulation. Our automated systems ensure every part of your piece gets thoroughly cleaned, especially hard-to-reach areas like percolators and honeycombs.
We also offer Loaner Bongs while yours is in service!

Turnaround time depends on the service tier:

• Standard Clean: 2-4 hours
• Deep Clean: 3-6 hours
• Heavy Duty: 4+ hours

Rush service (add-on available) moves your piece to the front of the queue.

We recommend selecting based on when your piece was last cleaned:

• Standard Clean: Last cleaned within 1 month
• Deep Clean: Last cleaned 1-3 months ago
• Heavy Duty: Last cleaned 3+ months ago or has heavy buildup

Our staff can assess your piece upon arrival if you're unsure.

All service tiers include before/after photos showing:

• Overall piece condition
• Percolator/honeycomb details
• Any notable pre-existing damage

Photos are sent via email and kept on file for 30 days for your reference.

Our loaner program allows you to borrow a device while yours is being cleaned:

1. Accept the waiver agreement (required)
2. Select from available loaner devices
3. Pay the $10 service fee
4. Provide valid ID for the duration of the loan
5. Return the loaner when picking up your clean piece

Loaners must be returned clean/gently used or a $15 cleaning fee applies.

You are responsible for any damage to loaner devices:

• Minor damage: Repair costs ie: bowl, stem (typically $15-$40)
• Major damage/Breakage: Replacement cost ($50-$100 depending on model)
• Lost/Stolen: Full replacement value plus $25 processing fee

We inspect all loaners before and after each use and will provide documentation of any damage.

Hard water removal is recommended if you see:

• White mineral deposits on glass
• Cloudy appearance that doesn't clean with regular washing
• Chalky residue around joints or percolators

This $5 add-on uses a special descaling solution to restore clarity to your glass.

Yes! Our odor elimination process:

• Uses ozone treatment to break down odor molecules
• Removes stubborn smells from silicone and glass
• Eliminates 95%+ of odors in most cases
• Includes a fragrance-free deodorizing rinse

For best results, combine with a Deep Clean or Heavy Duty service.

For safety reasons, we cannot clean:

• Pieces with electrical components (e-rigs, vapes)
• Acrylic or plastic pieces (melting risk)
• Pieces with significant structural damage
• Items containing illegal substances

We reserve the right to refuse service if a piece poses safety concerns.

We take extreme care with every piece, but glass can be fragile:

• All pieces are photographed before cleaning to document condition
• We cannot be responsible for pre-existing damage or weaknesses
• Breakage during cleaning is extremely rare (<1% of pieces)
• In the unlikely event we damage your piece, we'll discuss compensation options
